Our business was founded in 1989 as a small family business with modest capabilties. As it grew and was eventually taken over by Erik Peterson (a son of the founder), many things had to change including developing a management team with leadership skills and creating a systematic process to support our clients and ensure our projects are consistently done on budget and on time—and always with an eye to safety.
